This knowledge comes from the years of experience in the EDM field that our Employees have, and the many years of expirience that our parent company has in the manufacture of high-precision tooling for the Wire EDM market. This combined knowledge makes us uniquely suited as your choice of integrator for Wire EDM automation.

We have completed several Wire EDM cells with both single-machine solutions as well as multi-machine solutions supported by rail-mounted robotics. A Wire EDM machine can present unique issues such as corrosion on the parts if they remain wet after they have been removed from the machine and slug removal. These issues are usually handled by attending operators, but they must be handled by the automation system in an automated cell.  This type of cell can transform a Wire EDM machine from a labor-intensive machine tool to a state-of-the-art lights-out production system.
